Heads Up – Huge Download – Stay Calm And Breathe Through It!

imageAt this moment we are each receiving a huge download which can initially be a bit unsettling, hopefully this heads up can alleviate any concerns and remind you that you already know how to ease the symptoms ๐Ÿ™‚

I was just hit with something that literally made me weak at the knees and sense an overwhelming feeling of vulnerability and uneasiness – all of which are not things I am familiar with. I stopped and investigated what was going on and realised the reason was I needed to raise my vibration away from what was my norm. This huge influx has raised our frequency but we are responsible for raising our own individual auras. Throughout our journey here in the physical we have enjoyed pleasures of the flesh in it’s many forms all of which albeit enjoyable ground the spirit. During this recalibration we need to forget the physical for a short while and rise to nearer our natural state to allow heavy attachments to fall away. This can be accomplished quite simply by quietening the mind, taking deep breaths and holding them a moment or two and slowly letting them out (or whatever is your preferred method of centring yourself). Keep your mind as quiet as possible as you feel the layers drop away. Eventually you will feel normal again – if not a little calmer ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thank you, David. Suffering from an excruciating headache and not feeling at all grounded. Closing my eyes and listening to Gregorian chant is helping. I thought tomorrow, not today, was supposed to be the huge energy influx?

      As time isn’t linear in reality some feel events before they happen. Your comments on this and the last post prove that as a conscious group many are finding solutions to ease the transition ๐Ÿ™‚

    I spoke too soon. Nothing is working and I am feeling like I’m on a nasty carnival ride that won’t stop. Even my husband is having some symptoms today. Not looking forward to tomorrow if the energies prove to be even more intense.

      Both take regular sips of water and try to avoid saying how you feel to each other as this can increase the effects. Either sit quietly and listen to something calming or if getting spacey play a simple game of cards or something similar. It will pass and I don’t think you be effected tomorrow as you are doing it today ๐Ÿ™‚
